Toshi Restaurant & Bar
By Lucina Ortiz
Toshi Restaurant is located in Tokyo, Japan is about color and shapes inspired by art as well as Japanese urban culture. Digital and commercial contemporary urban Japanese artist Takashi Murakami, was our main source of inspiration. Murakami is known for his use of pop culture, mass media, large scale sculptures, paintings, and marketable commercial goods. The goal of the hotel is to provide its guests with a true Tokyo, Japan experience. Japan is filled with technological advances, colorful fashion, and unique people, which should all be reflected by the hotel, yet bring a new sense of wonder.
