The design of the plastic surgery clinic conveys a warm feeling of comfort and safety. The look is luxurious and welcoming. The clinic feels harmonious using different design elements and colors that tie the spaces together. Lighting, materials, and architectural elements were considered according to the appropriateness for the space. The inspiration for this project comes from nature and contemporary architecture. Studies have shown that nature often helps patients heal quicker; therefore, nature is something that was to be incorporated in our design. The location of the clinic is near the beach in La Jolla, California, which is also be a great element that was considered and incorporated into the aesthetics of this design. Overall, the plastic surgery clinic and spa is suitable for everyday practices.
